Already one of Wisconsin's most exciting all-arounders, Avery Bluhm enters the new season with plenty of momentum and even more potential. The junior, who is committed to the University of Iowa after also visiting Utah State, Nebraska, and Kentucky, is coming off an incredible season that included a sixth-place all-around finish at Nationals and a silver medal on floor. Her floor routine was particularly memorable, highlighted by a whip triple full with an almost effortless, aerodynamic quality. What makes Bluhm especially exciting heading into this season is the new difficulty she's bringing to the table. Her Van Leeuwen on bars is looking strong, while her floor upgrades include a 1.5-front full and a Rudi-layout stepout combination. On beam, she's working a back handspring-layout-layout series, and on vault, she's training a Yurchenko 1.5 into the foam pit that looks like a natural next step for her. Bluhm has a way of making difficult gymnastics look easy. Her long, elegant lines, quick twisting, effortless power, and ability to consistently find the landing give her a distinctive presence across all four events. With last season's national success behind her and upgraded skills on the horizon, she's a serious contender to challenge for more state, regional, and national titles this season.

Charlee Busser made quite an impression in her Level 9 debut, earning a trip to Westerns and finishing ninth on beam. What stands out about Busser is her clean form and confident approach to each skill, qualities that give her gymnastics a polished look and a strong foundation to build on. She's been putting in the work this offseason, with several exciting upgrades taking shape across all four events. On vault, she's been training a Tsuk layout, while bars features a bail to handstand. Beam brings multiple acro upgrades, including a standing layout stepout and back handspring-layout stepout, and floor adds a double tuck to her tumbling lineup. With her combination of execution, confidence, and growing difficulty, Busser has the tools to build on her breakout season and become an exciting name to watch as Wisconsin's season unfolds.
