Region 4 has plenty of fresh talent to watch this season, with a strong group of incoming freshmen bringing exciting skills, competitive experience, and plenty of personality to the floor. From gymnasts already making a name for themselves to rising athletes ready for a breakout season, this group has the potential to make a lasting impression. Here are some of the Region 4 freshmen we'll have our eyes on this season.

Abbey Reid enters her freshman season as an excellent all-around athlete with a strong combination of difficulty, artistry, and polished execution. On bars, she competes a blind change-Jaeger, bail to handstand, and full pirouette-double tuck dismount, while her Yurchenko full on vault adds another strong event to her résumé. Beam is a standout, featuring a back handspring-back handspring-layout, back tuck, switch leap-split jump, and round-off 1.5 dismount, all enhanced by beautiful lines and confident presentation. On floor, Reid brings expressive choreography and great showmanship to a routine highlighted by a big double tuck with an easy landing, front layout-front full, and 1.5-front layout. She's also training a Yurchenko 1.5, full-in, double layout dismount, clear hip-blind change, and front toss. With her well-rounded skill set and continued upgrades, Reid is an athlete to watch as she begins her freshman season.

Hailey Ohmann brings a polished combination of graceful presentation and strong technique to her routines as she enters the season. On floor, she competes a front layout-front full, 1.5-front layout, and front Rudi, pairing her tumbling with graceful choreography. Her bars routine features a clear hip handstand-bail to handstand, toe shoot to high bar, and double tuck dismount, while her Yurchenko layout on vault showcases her excellent body position and clean technique. On beam, Ohmann brings cute choreography to a routine highlighted by a back handspring-layout stepout and back handspring to chest mount. She's also training a Tkatchev on bars and Yurchenko full on vault, adding exciting potential to her repertoire. With her polished form and continued development, Ohmann is an athlete worth watching as the season unfolds.

Carissa Wolf is the kind of athlete whose power is impossible to miss, bringing explosive gymnastics to every event. On floor, she opens with a front through to a huge double pike before adding a 1.5-front pike and double tuck, showcasing the amplitude and power that define her gymnastics. Her Yurchenko full on vault carries that same explosiveness, while bars features a toe handstand-Gienger, Pak salto, 1/2 pirouette, and double layout dismount. On beam, Wolf combines her power with controlled execution through a back handspring-layout stepout, aerial, and round-off 1.5 dismount. She's continuing to push her difficulty with a Yurchenko 1.5, Jaeger, double layout, and multiple beam upgrades, including a back handspring-layout-layout and aerial-layout stepout. With power that translates across all four events and plenty of room for continued growth, Wolf is an athlete college coaches should keep firmly on their radar.

Bella Rose is coming off a consistent season and looks ready to carry that momentum into her freshman year. She brings a polished, well-rounded skill set across all four events, highlighted by a double tuck with an easy stick on floor, big 180° leaps, 1.5-front pike, and front Rudi. Her Yurchenko layout on vault stands out for its great open body position, while beam features a back handspring-layout stepout, aerial to scale, and precise choreography. On bars, Rose competes a giant 1/2, bail, toe shoot to high bar, and clear hip handstand-double pike dismount. She's also working toward exciting upgrades, including a Yurchenko full, front handspring-front, 1.5-front full, Shaposh, clear hip handstand-double layout, switch leap-switch side, front tuck, and back handspring-two-foot layout. With her consistency and growing difficulty, Rose is looking to enter her freshman season strong and make an impression right away.

Lillia Olmstead brings a versatile skill set and plenty of exciting potential across all four events. On bars, she competes a hand hop-piked Jaeger, Pak salto, 1/2 pirouette, and double tuck dismount, while her Yurchenko layout gives her a strong foundation on vault. Her floor routine showcases her flexibility through expressive choreography, paired with a 1.5-front pike, 1.5, switch ring-split full, and front Rudi. Beam features a round-off-back handspring mount, back handspring-layout stepout, split jump-back tuck, and aerial-full dismount. Olmstead is also training significant upgrades across her routines, including a Yurchenko tuck 1.5 on vault, an Onodi, double turn, front walkover-split jumps-back tuck, round-off-layout stepout mount, and back handspring-tuck 1.5 dismount on beam, along with a Maloney, kip hop 1/2, and upgraded dismount options on bars. On floor, she's working toward a double tuck. With so much difficulty in development, Olmstead is an exciting athlete to watch as she continues to refine her routines and raise her ceiling.

Grace Gosselin enters her freshman season with an exciting combination of power, difficulty, and standout performance quality. Her Yurchenko layout on vault showcases tons of power off the table, while bars features a toe shoot to high bar, giant 1/2-Pak salto, 1/2 pirouette, and double layout dismount. On floor, Gosselin competes a double tuck, front full-front pike, and 1.5-front tuck, pairing her tumbling with choreography she sells through expert showmanship. Beam adds another strong piece to her all-around profile with a front aerial, back handspring-layout stepout, and cartwheel-tuck 1.5 dismount. She's also training exciting upgrades, including a full-twisting double layout and Jaeger and Maloney on bars, Yurchenko tuck full on vault, full-in on floor, and front toss to scale and front aerial-back handspring-layout stepout on beam. With her power, performance quality, and growing difficulty, Gosselin is a freshman to keep firmly on your radar.

Kaylor Pak enters her freshman season with an impressive skill set and plenty of potential to make an impact. Her repertoire includes a Yurchenko full on vault, a Gienger and toe-on front tuck dismount on bars, and a front Rudi and front layout-full on floor. On beam, she brings a back handspring to chest mount, back handspring-back handspring-layout, and is training a round-off double tuck dismount. As she trains with this level of difficulty and as more skills continue to develop, Pak has plenty of room to grow as she begins her freshman campaign. She's a recruit worth keeping a close eye on this season.

With a mix of proven experience, exciting skills, and plenty of room to grow, this group of Region 4 freshmen has the potential to make a big impact this season.
