Louisiana may not always be the first state that comes to mind when talking about the country's biggest gymnastics recruiting scenes, but the Bayou State has plenty of talent worth watching. From established standouts to younger gymnasts beginning to make their mark, Louisiana is developing a group of athletes with the skills, potential, and personality to make an impact beyond their home state. We're taking a closer look at the gymnasts you should know now, and the ones who could be the next names from Louisiana to make noise on the recruiting scene.

Amelia LeBoeuf is the kind of strong all-around gymnast every team can count on, bringing consistency and a steady presence across all four events. Her beam routine is particularly enjoyable to watch, blending clean, focused artistry with huge leaps and steady tumbling. She has a composed quality on the event that allows the difficulty to stand out while keeping the entire routine feeling polished and intentional. Amelia has also been putting in the work this summer, training upgrades while continuing to refine the skills she already brings to competition. We're especially excited to see what makes it into her junior-year routines. On bars, a clear hip–Shaposh and toe-on to front pike 1/2 dismount would add exciting difficulty, while her Yurchenko full could give vault another powerful option. On floor, a double pike would bring even more firepower to her tumbling. With her consistency already making her a valuable all-around gymnast, these upgrades could give Amelia another level of impact as she heads into her junior season.

Kaelyn Raymond brings a combination of consistency, power, and personality that makes her a gymnast you can't help but watch. Vault is a clear strength, where she attacks the table with confidence and brings the kind of power that can make an immediate impact. She's also continuing to build confidence on beam, and that growth was on full display at Regionals, where she earned an impressive 9.55. Her precision and power give the routine a standout quality, while her confidence and artistry make it feel polished from start to finish. That personality shines just as brightly on floor. Kaelyn brings powerful tumbling to the event, but it's the joy she brings with every routine that makes her especially fun to watch. Her smile is impossible to miss, and that genuine excitement carries through her performance and choreography. Whether she's attacking a powerful skill or settling into the artistry of a routine, Kaelyn brings an energy that makes her gymnastics feel authentic and engaging. With her consistency, growing confidence, and unmistakable personality, she's a gymnast we'll be excited to keep watching as her career develops.

Sue Ash is coming off a standout Level 9 season, where she established herself as one of the athletes to watch by claiming state titles on bars, beam, and in the all-around. Her bars routine is especially easy to watch, with a natural rhythm that carries smoothly from one skill to the next. She pairs that effortless flow with beautiful form and attention to detail, right down to her toe point. Her full pirouette and bail are clean and controlled, while her double tuck dismount flies off the bar with impressive height before finishing with an easy stick. Beam gives Sue another opportunity to show off what makes her gymnastics so enjoyable. She brings incredible artistry and personality to the event, making the routine feel like more than simply a series of skills. Her tumbling has an effortless quality, as she seems to float over the beam and into controlled, easy landings. That combination of confidence, artistry, and polished execution makes Sue a gymnast who immediately catches your attention, and after such a successful Level 9 season, we're excited to see what she does next.

Emma Claire Courtois brings a steady, reliable presence to her gymnastics, but there's nothing ordinary about the way she approaches each skill. She combines incredible form with a fearless mindset, attacking difficult gymnastics with the confidence to make big skills look achievable. That combination of polish and fearlessness gives her routines a quality that immediately catches your attention, and we're excited to see how she continues to develop heading into next season. There are plenty of upgrades we hope to see make their way to the competition floor. On vault, a Yurchenko full would add another powerful option, while bars could feature a Jaeger, Pak, and full pirouette–double tuck dismount. Beam has plenty of exciting possibilities, including an aerial, Barani, back handspring–layout step-out, and back handspring–1.5 dismount. On floor, her front double full, front layout–Rudi, and 2.5 would give the routine plenty of difficulty and dynamic tumbling. And if Emma Claire brings her triple full to competition, that could be one of the most exciting skills to watch. With her beautiful form and fearless approach already defining her gymnastics, Emma Claire has plenty of potential to make a statement next season.

Before injury interrupted her season, Allie Barbier had already established herself as a gymnast with an incredibly strong presence on the competition floor. She competed with confidence and intensity, bringing the kind of presence that made it easy to keep your eyes on her throughout a meet. Now that she's healthy and back to training, we can't wait to see what she brings to the competition floor next season. Allie has been putting plenty of exciting skills into the mix, giving us even more reason to be eager for her return. On bars, a Gienger–bail connection and full pirouette–Gienger combination would add dynamic difficulty and keep the routine moving with plenty of momentum. Beam could feature a front toss, while floor brings even more excitement with a front double full and front layout–front Rudi. Her Yurchenko full gives vault another powerful option as well. With her competitive presence already making an impression before injury, these skills could make Allie's return one of the more exciting ones to watch next season.

Elizabeth Ducre is a powerhouse gymnast whose combination of explosive difficulty, artistry, and impressive form makes her especially exciting to watch. She put that power on display throughout last season, earning a season-high 9.6 on vault at Nationals to place 10th, while her 9.475 on floor earned her 13th. After a season filled with hard work and continued training, we're excited to see what Elizabeth brings to the competition floor as she enters her freshman season. There are plenty of skills we're hoping to see make their way into her routines this season. Her Yurchenko 1.5 could make vault an immediate standout, while beam could feature a front toss and back handspring–layout two-foot, adding difficulty to an event where her combination of power and polish shines. On floor, her double pike is particularly exciting. She launches off the floor with impressive power, and when paired with a front layout–front Rudi and front double full, the routine has the potential to be a major highlight. But Elizabeth's floor is about more than tumbling. She brings incredible showmanship and artistry to the event, proving that she can pair her raw power with the performance quality that makes a routine memorable. We can't wait to see how all of that hard work translates to her freshman season and how Elizabeth continues to grow as she takes the next step in her gymnastics career.
