On floor, Whelan competes a double pike, double tuck, and front layout-front full, while showcasing plenty of personality. She brings a confident presence to beam with a Barani, back handspring-layout stepout, and Gainer full dismount. On bars, she features a clear hip to handstand-toe shoot and double tuck dismount, while her layout Yurchenko stands out on vault for its excellent form. Whelan is also training several exciting upgrades, including a front double full, double layout, and full-in on floor, a blind change-Jaeger on bars, and new vault and beam skills that could add even more difficulty to her routine.
