Gilmore has been training multiple upgrades across all 4 events including a double pike and double layout on floor, as well as a double layout dismount on bars. Her most significant upgrade comes on bars where Gilmore has added a Jaeger. This addition has the potential to increase her scoring potential and elevate her routine on that event. Waters has an incredible look to her gymnastics, with her long lines on bars, clean execution on beam, and impressive height on vault. Coming off a National qualification last season, Waters has used the offseason to add significant upgrades. Most notably, she has been training a full-out dismount on bars. Last season, in her first year as a Level 10, Pemberton won the all-around title at the Kansas State Championship and went on to qualify to Nationals as an alternate. Following an exciting first season as a Level 10, she has continued to work in the offseason, adding E tumbling passes and more release moves on bars. Although Pemberton is still early in her Level 10 career, she is already showcasing a unique array of skills. In her first year as a Level 10, Rowzer placed on both Bars and Floor at the Kansas State Championships and qualified for Region 3 Regionals. Rowzer brings a unique quality to floor, excelling in both forward and backward twisting tumbling passes. She has been training a difficult back 2 ½ punch front pike connection pass, putting her twisting ability on display. Rowzer has also been working on a single bar release, adding to her difficulty and scoring potential on bars. Gunter had lots of success last season as a Level 9, becoming the Kansas State All-Around Champion and placing on bars at both Regionals and Westerns. Making the jump to Level 10 can be a tall task, but Gunter is putting in the work this off season to prepare for the next level. She has been training double flipping tumbling passes and huge single bar releases.
