Charlotte Seebrath enters her senior season with standout power that's impossible to miss. There's an effortless explosiveness to the way Seebrath attacks her gymnastics, generating impressive lift and amplitude while making difficult skills look almost routine. Her Yurchenko full on vault combines clean body position with strong distance from the table, while her floor routine is anchored by a double tuck that she makes look remarkably easy, a front Rudi and 1.5-front pike, all wrapped in expressive, dramatic choreography. On beam, she brings that same confidence to a front toss-back handspring and round-off 1.5 dismount, while bars features a blind change-piked Jaeger, bail, and toe-on front pike dismount. Seebrath isn't finished adding difficulty to her skill set. She's training a Yurchenko 1.5, toe shoot-blind-piked Jaeger on bars, and an ambitious floor lineup featuring a double Arabian and front through to double tuck. With her ability to turn raw power into controlled, polished gymnastics, Seebrath could be a particularly intriguing senior to watch this season.

Cecile Cynar heads into her senior season with confidence and exquisite form. She brings a polished, precise quality to her gymnastics, pairing clean shapes with confident execution without sacrificing difficulty. On floor, her 2.5, 1.5-front pike and front Rudi are framed by graceful, deliberate choreography, while beam showcases her creativity with an aerial-roundoff combination, Barani, and switch leap-split jump, all performed with notable confidence. Her Yurchenko layout features an extended body position and strong rise off the table, and bars is highlighted by a blind change-piked Jaeger, Pak salto, and double tuck dismount. With a Yurchenko full, double layout dismount, switch 1/2 and full-in, and front double full on floor among the upgrades she's training, Cynar has plenty of room to elevate an already polished senior-season package.

Tiana Childress enters her junior season with the kind of artistry that already feels tailor-made for the college stage. Her gymnastics has a polished, performance-driven quality that allows every routine to feel intentional, from the incredible showmanship and huge double pike on floor to the precise choreography she brings to beam. Her Yurchenko full generates excellent block and distance, while bars features a giant 1/2-bail to handstand-toe shoot to high bar combination before a double layout dismount. Beam is where her artistry and confidence truly shine, with a front aerial-layout stepout, switch leap-switch 1/2, aerial-split jump-beat jump, and round-off double full dismount. Childress is also pushing her difficulty with a Yurchenko 1.5, full-twisting double layout and aerial-to-scale in training.
Amelia Grimes enters her sophomore season with the kind of power that immediately makes her a gymnast to watch, particularly on vault. Her Yurchenko layout already stands out, and she is now training a Yurchenko full that could give her even more scoring potential on the event. That power carries throughout her routines, including a huge, high-flying double pike on floor alongside a front through to double tuck and 1.5-front layout. On beam, Grimes brings a strong acrobatic package featuring a front aerial-back handspring, back handspring-layout stepout, front tuck and round-off 1.5 dismount, while bars includes a Maloney and Pak salto. With her explosive gymnastics and a major vault upgrade on the horizon, Grimes has all the ingredients for a breakout sophomore season.

Lylah Ruparel heads into her junior year with a story that extends well beyond what she does in the gym. Before her season was cut short by an ACL injury, Ruparel showed a well-rounded skill set, highlighted by a Yurchenko layout on vault, a clear hip handstand-Gienger and bail to handstand on bars, and a floor routine anchored by a 1.5-front layout connection. Her beam work brings both difficulty and originality, featuring a layout stepout-back handspring, standing layout stepout to scale, and cat leap-switch side. Now focused on recovery and a strong return, Ruparel is putting in the work to get back on the competition floor. Off the mat, she has shown that same drive by founding her own nonprofit dedicated to supporting female athletes. Her determination, initiative, and gymnastics ability make her a particularly compelling athlete to watch as she works toward her comeback.

Sylvia Bradford enters her junior season with a polished style that consistently stands out across her routines. She has a knack for making each skill look deliberate and controlled, with clean lines and precise movement from start to finish. Her bars routine features a toe hand-Maloney-Pak combination and double tuck dismount, while her Yurchenko layout gives her a solid foundation on vault. On beam, Bradford's routine is highlighted by a beautiful aerial, and her floor routine is highlighted by a front Rudi. She's also building toward a higher-difficulty junior season, training a Maloney 1/2 on bars, a back handspring-1.5 dismount and aerial-to-scale on beam, and an impressive floor lineup that includes a double pike, 2.5, and front double full. With her consistency and attention to form, Bradford is an athlete who can quietly make a big impact.

Tess Suplina enters her junior season with a style defined by precision, polish, and exceptional form. Her gymnastics has a refined quality that makes each skill stand out, from the clean lines of her blind change-piked Jaeger and Pak salto on bars to the controlled execution of her front aerial-back handspring series on beam. She competes a Yurchenko full on vault, while floor features a front layout-front Rudi and front double full. Suplina was having an especially strong season before an ankle injury sidelined her, with the highlight coming at the New York State Championships where she finished fourth on floor. Now back in training, she's already working toward upgrades including a front aerial to scale and new aerial work on beam, a front layout-front double full and 2.5 on floor, and a double front dismount on bars. If she can carry her signature form and precision into her return, Suplina could be a particularly exciting junior to watch.

Thalia Thomopoulos was putting together an impressive season before a wrist injury brought her year to an early close. Her gymnastics is marked by a combination of power and artistry, highlighted by a Yurchenko full with a fully extended body position and explosive block, as well as a sky-high double pike and double tuck on floor. Her floor routine also brings beautiful artistry, while bars showcases a toe hand-Maloney-Pak combination, smooth rhythm, clean lines, and a double tuck dismount. On beam, Thomopoulos combines difficulty with composure through a switch leap-switch 1/2, back handspring-layout stepout, aerial, front aerial and round-off 1.5 dismount. Now back to work, she's already training significant upgrades, including a Church on bars, front aerial to scale and back handspring-layout-layout on beam, and a double layout and full-in on floor. With her blend of explosive power and polished presentation, Thomopoulos has plenty of potential to make a strong return.
