Her bars repertoire features a clear hip handstand-Pak, toe shoot to high bar, and double-layout dismount. On floor, her showmanship is already a standout, complemented by a huge full-in opening pass. Deanna Vinski has shown she can deliver when the pressure is on, particularly on bars, where she posted a huge season-high and career-high of 9.9 this season. Her routine features a Ray release that flies, a Pak salto and a toe-on front pike ½ dismount, combining impressive amplitude with clean execution. After battling an injury this year, Vinski showed resilience by finishing her season strong. Kenleigh Schraf proved she knows how to rise to the occasion during an impressive season, saving some of her strongest performances for the end of the season. She posted a season-high 38.275 in the all-around, showcasing the consistency that carried her through the most important meets of the year. Across every event, Schraf competes with a steady confidence, maintaining her composure and refusing to let nerves dictate her performance. That ability to stay calm and trust her gymnastics when the stakes are highest makes Schraf a standout in Region 8's Class of 2029.     Haley Cross knows how to keep her composure when the pressure is on. A strong all-around competitor, Cross posted a season-high 38.55 at State to take the gold, showcasing the poise and precision that define her gymnastics. Beam is a particular strength, where her back handspring-layout-layout series and switch-leg aerial-full dismount are rock solid. That confidence was especially evident at Regionals, where Cross bounced back from a fall on bars and went on to deliver her beam routine with the same grace and confidence she's known for. Her ability to reset, trust her gymnastics and perform when it matters makes her one to watch in Region 8's Class of 2029.     Kyndall Covington showed she can thrive when the pressure is on, posting a season-high 37.675 while hitting every routine and showcasing her combination of power and precision. She carried that momentum into upgrade season, building an impressive arsenal that could set her up for a strong sophomore campaign. On floor, Covington is working with a front Rudi, full-in and 2½, while her beam upgrades include a back handspring-tuck full and aerial-back handspring. She's also training a full-out dismount on bars. With difficulty continuing to rise across her routines, Covington is positioned to make an impact in her sophomore season.     Isabella Worthy brings a steady presence to the all-around, but it's on floor and vault where she truly makes her mark. She consistently scored 9.2 or higher on floor last season, combining excellent showmanship with powerful tumbling, including a huge double tuck, 1½-front layout and front full-front pike. On vault, Worthy posted a season-high 9.5 at Regionals, placing fifth on the event, with her Yurchenko full generating impressive distance from the table. She posted a season-high 36.175 in the all-around, but vault was where her athleticism particularly shone. Her Yurchenko layout reached a season-high 9.4, showcasing the height, power and control that make the vault a standout in her arsenal. Farmer attacks her routines with purpose, bringing confidence to each skill and the kind of competitive presence that allows her to stay focused when the pressure rises. As she continues to develop her all-around potential, her combination of power and composure makes her one to watch in Region 8's Class of 2029.     Avery Alicea showed impressive resilience last season, navigating an injury that kept her from competing all-around throughout the entire year before working through and qualifying to Nationals. She posted a season-high 38.125 in the all-around and proved her ability to deliver when it mattered most, placing third on bars with a 9.675 and seventh on beam with a 9.55 at Nationals. Alicea is strong across all four events, with bars and beam standing out in particular. Her piked Jaeger showcases impressive height and power, while her double-layout dismount finishes with an easy landing. On beam, she brings grace and precision to every skill, attacking her routine with confidence. Her ability to stay focused through adversity and return to postseason competition at such a high level makes Alicea a standout in Region 8's Class of 2029.
