On bars, Palmer demonstrates strong swing and connection ability with a Stalder, Tkachev, bail to handstand, and full pirouette to double tuck dismount. She is also training a full-out dismount upgrade. On floor, Palmer brings powerful tumbling with a double tuck, front full-front pike combination, and front Rudi, while continuing to work toward upgrades including double layouts.
