Clarissa Richardson | Prep Gymnastics Scout
Scarlett Hertz is heading into her freshman season with a strong first Level 10 campaign behind her, highlighted by a 36.750 season-high all-around score. Consistency has been a key part of Scarlett’s gymnastics, particularly on vault and floor, where she has established herself as a dependable competitor. With a full Level 10 season of experience now under her belt, she’s spent the offseason building on that foundation and preparing to take another step forward.
Several upgrades are looking promising for the upcoming season, including a Yurchenko tuck full on vault and a 2.5 and 1.5-front layout on floor. On beam, Scarlett has been working a round-off-double full dismount and front aerial-aerial to scale, while bars features a Shaposh and toe-on-front pike 1/2 dismount. The added difficulty across all four events gives her plenty of opportunity to elevate her routines while maintaining the consistency that already makes her a standout. With her first Level 10 season behind her and new skills taking shape, Scarlett enters her freshman year with plenty of momentum and room to continue developing.
