Ruby George enters her junior season looking to build on a solid sophomore campaign that saw her reach a 35.55 season-high. She used the summer to add meaningful difficulty throughout her routines, with a Yurchenko full on vault and new options on bars including a Jaeger and double layout dismount. Beam has become an especially interesting area of development, where she is working aerial combinations, a Barani, a back dive mount, and a back handspring-Gainer full dismount. On floor, George is adding more dynamic tumbling with a double pike, front double full, and 1.5-front full. With upgrades across the lineup, George has plenty of opportunity to make a jump in her junior season.
