Region 5 gymnast, Reagan Dingess is set to make an upgrade on bars this season. Dingess who previously competed a pike Gienger has now been catching blind pike Jaegers on the rail bar over the pit, increasing her release value from a D to an E. She also has been progressing a toe front pike ½ dismount onto a mat in the pit, versus the toe front pike dismount she competed last season. Be sure to keep an eye on Dingess as she continues to progress.

Reagan Dingess brings a powerful combination of incredible tumbling ability, body awareness, and performance quality to her floor. Her routine features a front through to double tuck, a 2½ twist, and a front Rudi, showcasing her ability to generate impressive power while maintaining control through difficult skills. This offseason, Dingess has continued pushing her difficulty by training upgrades such as full-ins and triple fulls, demonstrating her exceptional ability to combine flipping and twisting with strong spatial awareness. Beyond her tumbling, Dingess stands out for her showmanship and confident performance quality, already delivering the type of engaging choreography and presence expected at the collegiate level.
