Paityn Adams is bringing a versatile skill set to Mizzou after recently making the switch from Denver, with the potential to contribute across all four events. On bars, she combines a powerful piked Jaeger with a Pak salto and double layout dismount, while her floor routine features dynamic front layout-front double full and front layout-front full passes. Her front handspring-front tuck on vault brings impressive height and power, giving her another opportunity to contribute. Beam may be where her polish stands out most, as she pairs a front aerial, back handspring-layout stepout, and switch leap-Gainer full dismount with a confident approach that allows her to hit each position with grace and clean lines. With her versatility and well-rounded difficulty, Adams could be an exciting addition to the Tigers.
