Norah Kallinicos has been putting in impressive work this month, and she’s looking strong as we look ahead to the upcoming season. On bars, we’re especially excited to see her Shaposh to Pak connection and toe-on to front tuck dismount, and we’re still keeping our fingers crossed that her Hindorff makes an appearance in competition. On beam, her front toss to back handspring and front aerial to beat jump are combinations we can’t wait to see in action. On floor, we’re watching for her front double full and front layout to front Rudi, bringing plenty of dynamic tumbling to her lineup. With challenging skills taking shape across multiple events, Norah is giving us plenty of reasons to be excited. We can’t wait to see which upgrades make it into her competitive routines this season!
