Region 4 gymnast Michaela Osland is an exciting prospect who continues to show impressive progression and a strong trajectory in her gymnastics career. Last season, Osland competed Level 9, where she showcased a solid bail handstand and double-back dismount on bars. During the off season she has been training Level 10, expanding her skill set by training a Maloney, bail to handstand, straddle Jaeger, and an impressive blind double-front tuck ½ dismount into the pit. Her straddle Jaeger is becoming increasingly consistent as she continues to build confidence and execution. Osland’s strong work ethic and growing difficulty makes her a gymnast to  watch as she progresses into next season.
