Expert Analysis
kiyajohnson | Prep Gymnastics Scout
London Thomas showcases an impressive combination of difficulty and clean execution on bars with both her Downie and Ricna releases. What makes these skills stand out is not just their difficulty, but the incredible amplitude she gets and the exceptional form she maintains throughout both elements. Her ability to combine height, precision and fluidity makes these releases exciting highlights of her bar routine and certainly skills that make you stop and watch.
