Lily Westling is an elegant and artistic beam specialist whose combination of difficulty, precision, and presentation makes her an exciting athlete to watch. Her routine features a unique mount, a beautiful back handspring to layout step-out, a front aerial to split jump to beat jump series, a wolf 1.5 turn, an aerial, and a round-off to 1.5 dismount. Westling’s stunning artistry, elegant lines, and graceful movement quality allow her to stand out on the event, while her difficulty continues to grow with skills like a back handspring-back handspring-layout triple series already in her repertoire. As she enters her sophomore year, Westling continues to push her routine forward with upgrades such as an aerial to ring jump and front aerial to scale. With her blend of artistry, consistency, and increasing difficulty, she is a beam prospect to follow closely.

Lily had an impressive freshman year which finished with her as the National Champion on bars. Every handstand was hit in this routine and it was capped with a stuck full twisting double tuck dismount.

Lily was also the Region 2 Champion on beam. Her lines are stunning and precise all the way through her toe point. Her back handspring, back handspring, layout stepout is executed effortlessly and with precision. But, don’t let her graceful gymnastics fool you. She also brings the power with her Yurchenko full on vault and a double tuck on floor.

Lily is an impressive athlete to watch on all four events and will continue to do big things during her sophomore season and beyond.
