Lillie White has a way of making bars look effortless, flowing from one skill to the next with an ease that makes her routine a joy to watch. Her blind change to Jaeger is a standout moment, soaring high above the bar with impressive amplitude before she transitions into a Pak salto. She finishes with a toe-on to front tuck dismount, rounding out a routine filled with exciting skills and smooth transitions. What makes Lillie especially intriguing is how naturally she moves through each element, making difficult skills look almost easy. That combination of fluidity, confidence, and impressive execution gives her gymnastics a polished feel that stands out. As we build our Six Deep bars lineup for the class of 2030, Lillie’s effortless style is certainly worth a closer look.

Lillie White is a talented prospect who stands out with her elegant presentation, clean execution, and impressive tumbling across multiple events. On vault, White competes a strong Yurchenko layout while continuing to develop her difficulty. Her beam routine showcases her beautiful lines and consistency, featuring a back handspring-to-chest mount, double wolf turn, back handspring-layout stepout, sissone-aerial connection, and round-off-double full dismount.

On bars, she displays excellent flight and connection ability with a blind change-Jaeger, toe hand-Pak connection, and toe-on-front tuck dismount.

With upgrades in progress including a front tuck mount on beam, an upgraded toe-on-front tuck full dismount on bars, and a triple full on floor, White continues to show exciting growth potential.
