Elin Schow is a gymnast who combines power with clean form and execution, qualities that were on full display last season. Schow won both the all around and bars titles at the New Mexico State Championship and has since continued to improve across all events during the off season.

Bars and beam are two of her standout events, where she brings impressive combinations and strong execution to all skills. On bars, she competes a clean Jaeger to overshoot combination and a dynamic double layout dismount. On beam, she has been training some unique upgrades, including a side somi, tour jeté, and side aerial 1 ½  dismount. With her strong fundamentals and continued focus on increasing difficulty, Schow is positioning herself for another successful season.

Elin Schow is a talented all-around prospect who combines strong fundamentals, clean execution, and impressive versatility across all four events. On beam, she showcases a polished routine featuring a back handspring to back handspring to layout series, an aerial, precise choreography, beautiful lines, and a round-off 1½ dismount. Her bars routine highlights her technical ability with a clear hip handstand, a blind change to Jaeger to bail connection, and a toe-on to front pike ½ dismount, demonstrating both difficulty and control. On vault, Schow competes a Yurchenko layout with excellent body position throughout as well as a Yurchenko full, showcasing her strong technique and power. Her floor routine brings dynamic tumbling with a double full, double tuck, 1½ to front pike connection, and a front Rudi, highlighting her athleticism and versatility.

Schow continues to elevate her already impressive skill set with upgrades across multiple events. On floor, she is working toward a front double full and full-in, while on beam she is training a back handspring to chest mount and an aerial to 1½ dismount. On bars, she is developing a double layout dismount to further increase her difficulty. With her combination of clean gymnastics, technical precision, and continued progression, Schow is an exciting all-around recruit with the potential to bring value across every event at the next level.
