Her floor routine includes a 1/2-front full, front Rudi, and front layout-front full, showcasing her developing power and difficulty. Adams is also working toward an impressive collection of upgrades, including a piked Jaeger, full pirouette-double tuck and blind change-double front dismounts on bars, along with multiple beam combinations and a front handspring-front tuck on vault. On floor, she’s training a double tuck and front layout-front Rudi.
