Braelyn Brandt is coming off a consistent season and enters the new year with a strong all-around foundation and plenty of room to add difficulty. On bars, she competes a toe shoot handstand-Maloney, bail to handstand, full pirouette, and double tuck dismount, while her Yurchenko full on vault showcases tons of height. Her floor routine features a front Rudi, double tuck, and front full-front pike, and beam includes a back handspring-layout stepout, front tuck, and round-off 1.5 dismount. Brandt is continuing to build her repertoire with upgrades including a Ray-bail, Church release, full-out and double layout dismounts on bars, a Yurchenko 1.5 on vault, multiple new beam combinations, and a front full-front full and double Arabian on floor. With her consistency and continued work toward higher difficulty, Brandt is an athlete worth watching as she goes into her senior season.
