Her bars routine features a Maloney to Pak connection and a double layout dismount, showcasing a strong foundation on the event. On beam, Howard demonstrates precision and confidence with a back handspring to layout series, a front toss, a standing layout step-out, and a back handspring to gainer full dismount, all connected by polished movement throughout the routine. Her floor exercise includes a double pike, a front layout to front layout connection, and a double tuck, highlighting both her power and consistency.

Howard has continued to make significant strides this offseason by adding impressive upgrades across multiple events. On floor, she is training a double layout and a front full to front layout connection. On vault, she is progressing toward a Yurchenko full, while on bars, she is expanding her release repertoire with a piked Jaeger and a Ray. With her strong fundamentals, continued skill development, and all-around versatility, Howard is a rising recruit with the potential to make a significant impact as she continues her progression.
