Alyana Gunter’s gymnastics speaks for itself, but her bars are one to watch. Gunter has been training major bar upgrades this summer, and while some gymnasts can struggle with the transition of learning single bar releases, Gunter is thriving. She recently shared that she is inches away from doing her Shang without a spot. Gunter’s upgrades don’t stop on bars, she has been training a back handspring layout series on beam and a double tuck on floor. Gunter is an exciting gymnast to watch and her first Level 10 season has the potential to be a breakout one.
