Lillia Olmstead is a consistent competitor who recently completed her first Level 10 season and already has several upgrades in the works. In competition, she showed a strong bars routine featuring a piked Jaeger, Pak salto, half pirouette, and double-tuck dismount. She competed a Yurchenko layout on vault, while her floor routine included a 1.5-front pike, 1.5, and front Rudi. On beam, Olmstead competed a round-off-back handspring mount, back handspring-layout stepout, and split jump-back tuck.

Olmstead is already building on that successful first Level 10 season with upgrades across every event. On beam, she is working connected mount and acro combinations, an Onodi, and a round-off 1.5 dismount. She is also training a Yurchenko tuck 1.5 on vault, Maloney and full pirouette to double-tuck dismount on bars, and a double tuck on floor. With her consistency and continued development, Olmstead has an exciting foundation to build on as she moves forward.
