Millie Danaher has established herself as a polished all-around gymnast whose combination of strong fundamentals, performance quality, and clean execution makes her an exciting athlete to watch. On floor, she showcases dynamic tumbling with a front Rudi to front full connection and a 1.5 to front layout pass, complemented by 180-degree leaps and outstanding showmanship that keeps the audience engaged from start to finish. Beam is another highlight, where she demonstrates confidence through a back handspring-layout stepout series, a standing layout stepout, an aerial to full-twisting dismount, and beautiful artistry throughout the routine. On bars, Danaher performs a half pirouette to Pak salto before finishing with a clear hip to double tuck dismount, while her Yurchenko layout vault features excellent body position and impressive power off the table.

Danaher is already building on that solid foundation this offseason, with a front layout to front Rudi connection among the upgrades she’s training on floor. As the summer progresses and she continues adding difficulty to an already well-rounded skill set, she is well-positioned to take another step forward and put together an outstanding sophomore Level 10 season.
