Leyvas is a reminder that artistry doesn’t always have to look graceful or elegant, but it can be bold, playful, and completely entertaining. Her floor routine immediately draws you in, with a fun and sassy personality that shines from the opening movement. She has a natural ability to command attention and make the audience want to see what comes next, giving the routine an infectious energy that never feels forced. Her tumbling becomes an exciting addition to a performance that already has you invested. Rather than allowing the difficulty to interrupt the presentation, Leyvas uses it to build momentum and keep the audience engaged. The result is a floor routine with genuine personality and one that feels less like a gymnast performing choreography and more like a performer inviting everyone into the moment.

Giselle Leyvas showcases impressive power and explosiveness on the vault, with a Yurchenko full that immediately stands out. She flies off the table with exceptional distance and a fully extended body position, demonstrating the strength and technique that make her an exciting prospect on the event. With her natural power and athletic ability, Leyvas has the foundation to continue increasing her difficulty and adding value to her vault lineup. As she enters her sophomore season, she is a recruit to watch as she continues to develop and elevate her gymnastics.
