Region 4 gymnast, Kelsey Andrews is an impressive beam worker, combining clean lines, beautiful 180-degree dance elements, and a strong level of difficulty. She previously competed a front aerial, a triple acro series featuring back handspring step-out layout step-out to layout step-out, a switch leap split jump connection, and a back handspring back handspring step-out series to layout 1.5 dismount. Andrews’ has been putting in work this summer on several exciting upgrades, including a back handspring layout step-out to layout 1.5 dismount and a new triple series, front aerial to layout step-out to layout step-out. She has also been training a side aerial to scale, upgrading to an E element with increasing consistency over the summer. Andrews’ combination of precision and artistry makes her ready to contribute to any college program.
