Senior Danica Stoner is headed to William & Mary with a versatile skill set and the kind of performance quality that makes her routines stand out. On floor, she brings plenty of personality and showmanship, performing a front Rudi, 1.5-front layout, and 1.5-front pike while connecting with the crowd throughout her routine. Beam showcases her precision and beautiful lines, highlighted by a front aerial-split jump-beat jump and a back handspring-layout stepout that seems to float across the beam. Her Yurchenko layout on vault combines power with clean form and an easy landing, while bars features a blind change-Jaeger, clear hip handstand-bail, and double tuck dismount. With her combination of consistency, polished execution, and entertaining presence, Stoner will bring plenty of personality and ability to the Tribe.

Danica Stoner stands out for her energetic choreography, consistency, and solid landing execution on floor. She previously competed front handspring to Rudi, round-off layout 1.5 to front layout, and round-off layout 1.5 to front pike. Stoner has since upgraded these passes and is training an impressive front handspring double front tuck into the pit, front handspring layout double full, front layout to layout full, and round-off layout 1.5 to layout full. Each of these upgrades further highlights Stoner’s dynamic tumbling and will elevate her routine next season.
