Stellah brings artistry to floor with expressive dance combined with crisp tumbling, including a Rudi and back 1.5 twist to front layout. On bars, her effortless double layout caps off her routine.

As an impressive all-around gymnast, Stellah’s will fit seamlessly into NCAA gymnastics after her 2027 senior season.

Mountain West Gymnast Stellah Carter is making progress to upgrading her routines this season after recovering from an elbow injury earlier this spring. Carter previously competed side aerial to back handspring step-out and switch leap to straddle jump ¾ turn, but has been actively training switch leap ½ and side aerial to scale. She also has been training a side aerial layout step-out connection and continues to gain consistency with a well executed barani and her pike gainer dismount. Carter is a powerful competitor across all events and her poise, dynamic skills, strength and resilience are all attributes colleges are looking for.

Stellah Carter is an athlete gaining momentum thanks to a growing list of upgrades and an exciting artistry style. On beam, she already competes an aerial-back handspring series and a Gainer pike dismount, while training skills like a switch half and aerial-aerial connection that could raise her scoring potential even further. Her floor routine features a strong 1.5 to front layout pass paired with upbeat, entertaining choreography that makes her performance memorable. Vault adds another unique element with a Yurchenko half-on, half-off tuck, and with a front double full also in the works on floor, Carter is clearly an athlete building momentum heading into the next stage of her career.
