Addelyn Buck enters her junior season with an impressive Level 10 résumé and plenty of reason for college programs to keep her on their radar. She’s coming off her second season at the level, where she posted a 37.45 season-high all-around score and qualified for Nationals before an injury kept her from competing at the event. A clean and consistent all-around athlete, Addelyn has the ability to contribute across all four events, giving her the kind of versatility that can be especially valuable in the recruiting process. She’s spent the offseason continuing to build on that strong foundation, with her routines looking sharp heading into the new season. On bars, she’s been training a Ray, toe hand-Pak, and double layout dismount, while vault features a Yurchenko 1.5. Those upgrades add even more difficulty to an already well-rounded profile and give her additional scoring potential heading into an important junior campaign. After qualifying to Nationals last season but being unable to compete, Addelyn has plenty of motivation heading into this year. With another full season ahead to showcase her consistency, clean gymnastics, and continued progression, she has an opportunity to re-establish herself on the national stage and strengthen an already intriguing recruiting profile.

Addelyn Buck is raising the bar with exciting upgrades this summer. She previously competed a Maloney to Pak salto and double back tuck dismount, Buck is now training a Ray to Pak Salto and a stellar double layout dismount onto a mat in the pit, upgrading from a C to a D in difficulty. Her impressive bar work is complemented by her abilities across all four events, making Buck a well-rounded and enticing recruit for college programs.

Addelyn Buck is an athlete who stands out most on beam, where her confidence and artistry elevate her entire performance. She opens with a back handspring to chest mount and maintains a strong rhythm throughout, connecting a back handspring–layout stepout series and finishing with a back handspring to 1.5 dismount. On bars, she shows solid combination work with a Maloney to Pak connection and a controlled double tuck dismount. Floor features powerful tumbling, including a double tuck landed with ease and a strong double pike, paired with big leaps and consistently clean form. Vault adds a dependable Yurchenko layout, with a Yurchenko full currently in progress as she continues to upgrade her difficulty.
