Claire Henry brings an exciting combination of effortless power, precision, and performance quality to the competition floor. She has a way of making difficult skills look easy, pairing impressive amplitude with confidence and control across all four events. On vault, she’s competed a Yurchenko layout, while her bars routine features a Maloney-Pak connection and double tuck dismount. Beam is another standout event, where Claire showcases exact precision and confidence through a back handspring-layout stepout, standing layout stepout, split jump-split three-quarter, and roundoff-1.5 dismount. On floor, her personality and performance quality shine just as much as her gymnastics, with a double tuck, 1.5-front layout, and 1.5-front pike adding plenty of difficulty. This summer, she’s been working to build on that foundation with a Yurchenko full on vault, double pike on floor, and exciting bars upgrades including a Ray and toe full pirouette. With her natural power, clean execution, and ability to make big skills look almost effortless, Claire is poised to be a fun gymnast to watch this season.

Claire Henry has built a strong uneven bars routine around clean execution and dynamic release work. Her Maloney to Pak connection is a highlight, with a high, well-executed Pak salto that demonstrates both amplitude and confidence. She finishes the routine with a toe-on handstand into a double tuck dismount that explodes off the bar, giving her plenty of height before a controlled landing. This offseason, Henry has continued refining the details of her routine while also training exciting upgrades, including a Ray release that would add another D-level skill to her composition. With her steady progression and strong technical foundation, Henry continues to elevate her potential as a collegiate bar worker.
