The Next 5 Commits We're Watching

With visits in the rearview mirror and decisions getting closer, the anticipation is building around some of the most intriguing uncommitted recruits in the country. These 5 athletes have already made their interest clear by visiting programs, and now we're watching closely to see where they ultimately land. With multiple schools in the mix for each recruit, these are the next 5 commitments we're anxiously waiting to see come together. Mavie Fitzgerald is one of the recruits we'll be watching closely as her recruitment continues to unfold. She has already visited Arizona, Penn State, Maryland, and Utah State, giving her plenty of options as she weighs where she wants to take the next step in her career. After a strong sophomore season, Mavie is poised for an even bigger junior campaign and has the kind of gymnastics that could make an impact in any lineup. Her full-in on floor and double pike dismount on beam are skills we rarely see, but it's her overall presence that makes her especially intriguing. Her floor routine already carries the confidence, power, and performance quality we expect to see on the NCAA stage. With her junior season ahead and plenty of interest surrounding her recruitment, we'll be watching closely to see where Mavie ultimately lands. Addison Berowski is another recruit whose journey we'll be watching closely as she continues to navigate her recruitment. She has taken both official and unofficial visits to Pitt, Yale, and Rutgers, giving her a strong group of programs to consider. On the competition floor, her vault and floor stand out as events where she could make an immediate impact in a college lineup. She brings impressive power to each skill, attacking her gymnastics with the kind of confidence that makes difficult elements look effortless. Her gymnastics not only brings power, but it also brings a performance quality that draws you in and keeps you entertained throughout the routine. That combination of explosiveness and personality makes Addison a particularly exciting recruit to watch, and we'll be keeping an eye on where her recruitment takes her next. Rachel Dory is a recruit we'll be watching closely as her recruitment continues to take shape. She has already visited Arizona, Washington, and Arizona State, and after ending her sophomore season on a high note, she has plenty of momentum heading into her junior year. Rachel posted a 37.15 at Nationals, with vault and floor standing out as two of her strongest events. Her floor routine perfectly captures the joy she brings to her gymnastics, as she attacks difficult skills with a smile and makes the routine genuinely fun to watch. On vault, she brings a unique and powerful skill that immediately catches your attention, while her clean execution across all four events makes her a reliable and exciting competitor. With her combination of difficulty, power, cleanliness, and personality, Rachel has the tools to make an impact at the next level, and we're excited to see where her recruitment takes her. Tegan Gipson is a recruit who immediately catches your attention with the incredible power she brings to her gymnastics. After recently visiting Brown, she's one to keep an eye on as her recruitment continues to develop. Vault and floor are clear standouts, where her explosiveness allows her to attack every skill with impressive amplitude and confidence. She makes big tumbling and 180-degree leaps look remarkably easy, carrying herself through each skill with a combination of power and control. On vault, she seems to ricochet off the table, generating the kind of height and distance that makes her vault impossible to miss. That explosive quality, paired with her ability to perform difficult gymnastics with ease, makes Tegan an exciting recruit to watch as she works toward her next chapter. Bodhi Voigt is another recruit whose recruitment has already included visits to UNC, Kentucky, NC State, and Penn State, and her gymnastics gives plenty of reason to keep watching. Her beam routine is particularly intriguing and has the kind of qualities that could fit seamlessly into a college lineup. She brings big, confident tumbling to the event and connects it naturally into her choreography, creating a routine that pulls you in from beginning to end. Not only do the difficult skills on beam make her stand out, but her personality and performance quality give the routine an extra spark. She carries that same personality over to floor, where she brings an energy that makes her routines entertaining and memorable. With her combination of difficulty, performance, and personality, Bodhi looks like the kind of gymnast who could quickly become a crowd favorite wherever she lands.
