Natalia Janes is a dynamic bar swinger and standout on the event. The amplitude she gets on her double layout dismount and her release moves alone should make you stop and watch. Her ray to pac combination is textbook, from the height and floatiness of both skills, to catching the bar at the perfect distance with straight arms and maintaining her form throughout. Janes is a great all around gymnast but her bars is in a class of its own. She has recently been on multiple official visits, so it will be exciting to see where she takes her breathtaking bar routine at the next level.

Maria Gonzales has the lines and form to make her bars stand out. Last year she had a top 10 Regional finish on the event but has since continued to improve and train upgrades. This off season, Gonzales has been training two release moves, a jaeger and a ray. Both of which are dynamic but also floaty. She also is training both a double layout dismount and double layout fullout dismount adding difficulty to her routine. As her summer training has shown she has great potential on this event and is one to watch next season.

Abigail Warner has it all on beam. She exudes confidence throughout the skills in her routine, which include a back handspring layout, front toss, switch leap switch leap and back handspring gainer full dismount. What stands out most about Warner's beam is her precision on each skill and the way she attacks every landing position, minimizing deductions. She has the difficulty, confidence and consistency that make for an excellent beam worker. Warner is one to watch on this event next season and at the next level.

Powerful is an understatement for Aspen Foster. Foster gets huge amplitude on the leg events but also showcases the ability to control that power, which was on display last season. This off season, she has taken the upgrades to new heights, literally. She is training a big double full on vault, and the Biles on floor adding even more difficulty to her already powerful gymnastics. With multiple official visits already under her belt this fall, Foster is drawing plenty of attention, and it will be exciting to see where she lands at the college level.

Brystol Lambert is a big vaulter. Last season at Nationals, she completed a huge Yurchenko full and scored an impressive 9.7. This summer she upgraded that vault to a Yurchenko 1 ½, and somehow she continues to generate more power, height and distance from the table. That combination is key to a great vault, and Lambert has all three. As she continues to perfect the 1 ½ she is setting herself up to be undeniable on vault this season.
