Floor is where Smith truly shines. Her expressive choreography and tremendous power immediately set her apart, and she has an impressive ability to generate amplitude without making her tumbling look labored. Her double pike is a highlight, featuring excellent height and an easy landing. She also competes a 1.5-front layout and 1.5-front pike, both of which she makes look effortless. In training, Smith is working toward a double layout, an upgrade that could add even more difficulty to an already standout event.

Smith's power is equally evident on vault, where she competes a Yurchenko layout with tons of height off the table. She maintains a clean body position through the skill and finishes with an easy landing. And she's already showing that the Yurchenko layout is just the beginning. Smith is training both a Yurchenko full and Yurchenko 1.5, giving her significant upgrade potential heading into her junior season.

On bars, Smith combines strong swing mechanics with challenging connections. Her routine features a clear hip handstand-Gienger followed by a clear hip handstand-bail to handstand, showcasing her ability to connect difficult skills while maintaining rhythm. She finishes with a double layout dismount, and her clean body position and easy landing make the skill an especially strong conclusion to her routine.

Beam gives Smith another opportunity to showcase the versatility of her gymnastics. She competes a back handspring-layout stepout, split jump-back tuck, and round off-1.5 dismount, combining difficult acrobatics with control and precise choreography. Her beam work demonstrates that her gymnastics isn't simply about power. She has the control and attention to detail necessary to make a difficult routine look polished from beginning to end. She's also training a standing front tuck, adding another exciting skill to her beam repertoire.

She brings standout power to floor and vault, challenging skills across all four events and the artistry and precision to turn that difficulty into polished routines.
