<p>Vault has become one of Francis' signature events. She competes a powerful front handspring front tuck with exceptional height off the table and one of the most controlled landings in her class, often finding the stick in competition. Already a dependable vaulter, she's continuing to push her difficulty with both a front handspring front tuck ½ and front handspring front pike ½ in training, giving her exciting scoring potential heading into her final club season.</p>

<p>On floor exercise, Francis combines power with polished presentation. Her current routine features a double tuck, front Rudi, 1½ twist, and switch side to Popa, demonstrating both tumbling ability and attention to dance elements. She's also building an even more dynamic routine with upgrades including a double pike, front through to double tuck, front layout to front full, and additional refinement on her Rudi.</p>

<p>Beam showcases Francis' confidence and composure under pressure. Her routine includes a back handspring to layout stepout series, standing layout stepout, and roundoff to 1½-twisting dismount, while she's continuing to polish those routines and add a back handspring to chest mount to add variety and difficulty on the event. On bars, she displays excellent handstands and clean body positions through a routine, that finishes with a clean and confident clear hip handstand to toe-on and front tuck dismount. She's working on an impressive list of upgrades, ready to elevate her bars to the next level her senior season. With a Hindorff release, toe-on to front ½ dismount, and toe-on to front pike ½ dismount currently in development, she is steadily raising the difficulty of the event.</p>
