Trinity's power is evident in her Tkatchev release. Her tap send her up and over the bar at a height that allows her to catch with ease. She has only begun to train this single bar release, but is able to perform it almost flawlessly on day two of training. With continued practice and numbers, this release will be a must-see element in her bar routine next season.

Peyten is an impressive bar swinger with impeccable form and technique. She has mastered a remarkable Gienger connected out of a clear hip handstand. The extension on the catch of her single bar release allows her to connect an overshoot to low bar, maximizing connection bonus.

Ava is another great bar worker you will want to keep an eye on. She has a sky-high Hindorff that she consistently executes near flawlessly. The clear hip entry to immediate Tkatchev is dynamic and powerful and Ava displays great consistency with this unique single bar release move. She hits handstands into the release and has the potential to add a high to low bar release, if desired.

Payton's Tkatchev is one to see. Her aggressive tap and release make her float high above the bar. Her release height allows her to see the bar as she catches which makes for great consistency and ability to connect to a high to low bar release, if desired. In addition to her Tkatchev, Payton has been training a Deltchev. Her form in this unique release is outstanding. Similar to her Tkatchev, the height and extension she has when catching the bar would make any high to low bar connection a breeze.

Tessa is showing some impressive bar upgrades this off season. Her Jaeger single bar is impressive on it's own as she finished her flip above the high bar with straight arms and legs, but she is training a high to low bar full twisting Pak Salto. While she is not directly connecting the two releases yet, with more training and time, the potential is there. Tessa is a bar worker that will be one to watch during the 2026-27 season.
